Pete Dobré spent much of 2001 documenting this fascinating lake, while it was in flood in 2000. Pete gets very excited when water invades the desert, bringing it to life. When Pete blazed the trail up to Lake Eyre he had no intention of publishing a book. On each trip unique images were captured, showing the dramatic character of this awesome lake.
